There's been an influx of people moving from LJ to DW due to LJ implementing new policies. I saw there was a new Terms of Service and just clicked Yes because I was tired as shit.

Was there something offensive or worrisome I missed in all that fine print??? Did I somehow give away the content of my own writing to some massively creepy Putin-esque corporation or something????

Probably. I haven't paid attention to a ton of details, but the terms of service that are binding are the ones in Russian and they are binding in Russian law, where not as many rights are protected. I just am amused by the thought of Russia looking over people's shoulders with LJ.

Also, there's something in there referring to homosexuality as a "perversion," and other fun stuff.

The TOS in English say they're specifically not legally binding, so what's point in signing them? I didn't.
